How to use the Planner Punch Board:

• Find your planner type on the chart printed on the bottom of the board
  
• If necessary, trim your paper to the correct size for your planner (provided on the chart) before continuing with punching
  
• Use the chart to look up the numbers for the punch positions for your specific planner type
  
• Insert the needed number of punches (paper slots facing towards the non-hinged edge of the punch board) with the arrow at their center front aligned at the required numbers on the planner board
  
• Slide the paper into the punches and align it with the edge guide on the left side of the Planner Punch Board
  
• Push down the boards handle to punch
  
• Remove the paper, flip it over and re-insert it into the punch and repeat the punching
  
• Please note, a few planner configurations do not require the second punch – see the chart on the board for details
