TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is a heat-sealable, printable PU textile
transfer film (opaque white, 100 µ) suitable for light and dark textiles.
TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT offers a high print resolution with a matt
finish and has a pleasant soft textile touch. Due to a special top coat,
the film offers an excellent washing-resistance. The transfer film is used
for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.
TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton,
polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/
acrylic. For application to Nylon that is treated with any kind of coating,
please test for suitability.
TURBO PRINT 4036 MATT is compatible with all current printers
using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks. Due to a newly developed,
self-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs
can be easily cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after the printing
process.We recommend using POLI-TACK 854 as a transfer tape and
as a protection cover during the heat transfer. The PET liner should
be removed warm.
The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC,
plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX
STANDARD 100 Class I).
We recommend evaluation on test material.
Due to the various influences which occur from production
and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier
materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product
liability can only cover the unprocessed material.
Heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane film (white) suitable for bright and dark textiles. POLI-FLEX® 4016 is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent and solvent inks. The non-adhesive PET film liner allows even filigree motifs to be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. We recommend POLI-TACK 854 or POLI-TACK 853 for the application process. • Pre Heat 5 sec.
• Apply to Nylon 5 sec.
• Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply for further 10 sec.
Please consider to adjust the application time when using highly structured cotton or cotton mixture fabrics.
Wash Resistance / Printing Wash resistance: 60 °C Only colour or mild detergent.
Wash textiles inside out. Suitable for tumble drying (commercial tumble dryer up to 100°C).

When used under normal conditions, this product does not generate or release any dangerous substances or hazardous chemicals.
This is a non-hazardous product in accordance with the current GefStoffV and EU criteria.
Therefore it is not necessary to prepare a Material Safety Data Sheet for this product.
The Safety Data Sheet serves only to comply with the regulation to supply information in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is available on request.
This product is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act.
After use, dispose
of the waste product in accordance with the local / national authorities.
