After you've completed Home Decor Chalk acrylic paint projects, be sure to add a final finish with FolkArt Home Decor Clear Wax to enhance and protect their longevity. The easy-to-use formula provides a durable, satin finish for furniture, raw wood, and more. For best results, use with the FolkArt Home Decor Wax Brush. Load with a small amount of Wax and use a downward, circular motion to apply. Be sure to work wax into a project's crevices and details. Allow wax to dry for 24 hours, then buff with a soft cloth. The more you buff, the glossier the sheen. Keep waxed surfaces free of moisture and heavy use for 7 days. Repeat the application every 6-12 months, or as needed for maximum protection.
