Embossing powder is an enamel coating, based in a powder where you adds heat.

Stamp a design with a slow-drying ink like embossing ink or pigment ink. 

Spread the embossing powder on the subject so that it sticks to the wet ink. Shake off any excess (Recycle!) and the powder that is not jammed. 

Heat the powder to liquid enameling using a heat gun, and then let it cool down.
