Poli-Flex Premium - Heat Transfer Vinyl - Fuchsia (1m x 25cm)

Poli-Flex Premium is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflection free surface. Poli-Flex Premium is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. Poli-Flex can be used for lettering on T-Shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles.

How to Use Heat Transfer: 

• Cut your design using the preset settings for the type of Heat Transfer you are using. 
  
• Remove the extra material around your design. 
  
• The hook is really handy when picking out the small pieces from heat transfer lettering. It makes “weeding” a breeze! 
  
• Place your design onto your shirt {shiny side up} and center it. 
  
• Place a ironing cloth on top of your design. {I used a small piece of scrap muslin.}
  
• Press firmly down and iron for 45-60 seconds. {I do 60 seconds usually. sometimes more} 
  
• Let the design cool for a few seconds and then carefully peel away the shiny transfer paper. If the design comes up, iron longer. {the pressing down seems to help a lot} 
  
• Now you have a fabulously personalized shirt! ta-da! 

POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflection free surface, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I. POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles. POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred preferably by heat press but an iron can also be used. 

The PET liner should be removed warm, except for the neon colours (POLI-FLEX® 403, 440 – 443) the liner should be removed lukewarm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters. Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. 

In this case we recommend using POLI-FLEX® NYLON. The soft, elastic transfer film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM excels due to an excellent opacity. POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM with a self-adhesive PET liner enables a reposition. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I). 

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. With the exception 420 Gold Metallic, 430 Silver Metallic and the Neon colours (403, 440 – 443), the POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM series can be pressed on top of each other. 

We recommend evaluation on test material. Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter letterings, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.
