Cutting Specifications: Using Silicone backing paper will provide a Gloss finish Normal Vinyl cutter using a sharp 45° blade Cut at a slow speed (10 – 30mm/s) Similar to “Small Letter” setting on cutter

Compatible Textiles: Cotton, Polyester / Cotton Polyester / Acrylic. TEST MEDIA ON INSIDE OF GARMENT BEFORE COMMENCING APPLICATION

Transfer Specifications: Temperature: 155° – 165° C Pressure: Medium (3,5 bar) Time: 17 – 20 sec

Transfer Method: Weed all excess material and use a Transfer Tape to remove graphic from backing film. Place on garment with print showing. Transfer Film: HOTFLEX 854

After Transfer: Remove Transfer Tape while material HOT

Washing Instructions: Wash garment inside out 40°C. DON’T IRON ON PRINT

Step By Step Instructions

1. Place Garment on Heat Press 

2. Ensure Settings are correct 

3. Press Garment for 4-5 seconds (Flatten work surface) 

4. Apply transfer tape to print

5. Remove backing material 

6. Place print on garment 

7. Close Heat Press for set time (17-20 seconds) 

8. Remove Transfer material

9. Press garment for 5 seconds (Seal edges) 

10. Remove garment and inspect
